Ramprasad L V, is a post graduate mechanical engineer, with twenty five years of industry experience, completely in R&D department. He was involved in product development and technology innovation functions, while working with BPL Refrigeration Ltd, LG Electronics India, Voltas Ltd, Subros Ltd and GE India Technology Centre (JFWTC –Bangalore). His industry exposure includes the global conglomerates namely Sanyo -Japan, LG Electronics - South Korea and General Electric - USA. He had FIVE patents filed to his name.

Out of passion, he transitioned into teaching and founded R&AC Academy, at Hyderabad, to serve young and budding engineers by sharing his industry experiences and learnings. In that process, he designed and developed a variety of training programs to impart technical and professional skills both for students and professionals. He conducted webinars and gave guest lectures to the members of professional bodies, namely ISHRAE and ASHRAE. He also created and published 10 lectures on Refrigeration and 8 lectures on Psychrometry, on YouTube. These lectures were developed predominantly with industry perspective and are kept available in public domain for the benefit of students and professionals.
